中文摘要 | 在通路關係中,透過通路成員的合作能創造較佳的績效,因此本研究是要探討通路權力、通路氣候、夥伴關係及合作績效之間的關係,並建構一研究行銷通路關係的理論架構,且以台北市資訊業數位相機經銷商爲研究對象,採用問卷調查法發放180份,有效回收問卷139份,再利用LISREL驗證其關係。研究結果顯示:通路中若存在夥伴關係,對雙方合作績效的提昇有正面影響;通路權力適當的應用,和通路氣候良好情況下,對夥伴關係之建構有正向影響。雖然通路權力對合作績效無直接影響,但透過其緊密的夥伴關係能加強其合作績效;通路權力與通路氣候有顯著相關。 |
英文摘要 | In marketing channel relationship, it could create a better performance through channel members' cooperation. The purpose of this study is to develop a model showing the linkages among these dimensions of channel relationships. Using linear structural relations (LISREL), a model of the digital camera (DC) industry is developed to illustrate these relationships. The questionnaire is primarily used in conducting this study. A total of 180 Taiwanese DC retailers were sampled to fill out the questionnaire, and the final valid sample size is 139. The results indicate that Channel power and channel climate have significant influence on partnership. The most likely explanation is that channel members who are using power properly and in a better climate, has more significant influence on partnership. Even thought channel power has no directly influence on cooperation performance, channel power has significant influence on cooperation performance through partnership. Moreover, Interaction effect does exist between channel power and channel climate. |
