中文摘要 | 由於農產品中農藥的存在影響人類健康甚鉅,因此,有必要了解市售農產品中農藥殘留。本研究統計於2018年1月至2019年6月間送至新北市某檢驗科技公司檢測農藥殘留之市售農產品檢體,依衛生福利部公告之方法「食品中殘留農藥檢驗方法—多重殘留分析方法(五)」及「農藥殘留容許標準」判定其檢出率及不合格率(不符合規定),結果指出生鮮蔬果農藥殘留檢出率(43.8%)及茶類檢出率(43.0%)為最大宗。其中,以乾燥蔬果不合格率最高,達27.4%,此與食藥署於2017年之監測同類產品之不合格率(25.4%)相近。本研究更進一步統計出常見的8種農藥,分別為carbendazim(貝芬替)、imidacloprid(益達胺)、acetamiprid(亞滅培)、chlorfenapyr(克凡派)、chlorpyrifos(陶斯松)、fenvalerate(芬化利)、fipronil(芬普尼)以及methoxyfenozide(滅諾芬)。分析其等普遍被使用之原因,可能與(i)這些農藥皆為殺蟲劑及殺菌劑,因農產品遭受危害的病源大部分為蟲類及菌類;(ii)此些農藥對人體毒性較低,少量接觸不會造成重大危害;(iii)其等之使用效果佳;以及(iv)能使用於不同種類的農作物有關。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to detect pesticide residues in specimens of agriculture products collected between January 2018 and June 2019 by a testing company in New Taipei City. According to the "Method of Test for Pesticide Residues in Foods-Multiresidue Analysis (5)" and the "Pesticide Residue Allowance Standard" announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, positive and non-compliance (not compliant to regulations) rates were determined. Results showed that the positive rate for fresh fruit and vegetable specimens was 43.8% and that for tea specimens was 43.0%. The non-compliance rate of dried fruit and vegetable specimens determined in this study was 27.4%, which was similar to that determined by TFDA in 2017 (25.4%). The following pesticides were detected: carbendazim, imidacloprid, acetamiprid, chlorfenapyr, chlorpyrifos, fenvalerate, fenvalerate, fipronil, and methoxyfenozide. These pesticides are widely used in Taiwan because they are effective against insects and fungi, minimally toxic to humans in trace amounts, and useful for a variety of crops. |
