中文摘要 | 水資源永續利用是長期備受關注的問題,而水資源最大的問題即是水體受污染無法供應用水,其污染來源可分為點源與非點源污染,相較於點源污染,非點源污染難以控制且來源不確定性高,而非點源是造成環境水質惡化重要之因素,所以藉由推估污染量考量水質測站分佈是相當重要的。本研究綜合地理資訊系統中環域分析與套疊分析評估台北水源特定區內不同土地利用產生之非點源污染量對環境造成的衝擊,來評估既有水質監測站對於易造成高風險水質項目之監測是否具代表性,研究中將三種不同土地利用情況以距離、坡度、污染面積比例建立多種情境,並提出相關土地管理研判對於水質監測之適地性與即時性,以利管理。本研究分析結果顯示綜合農業、建築、崩塌地等土地利用時,污染源擴散至周圍300 m及500 m時,均建議在北勢溪流域增設三個水質測站,分別落在逮魚堀溪兩處及金瓜寮溪一處;污染源影響至周圍800 m時需增設四個水質測站,其中有三處與污染源擴散300 m、500 m相同點位,而另一處建議增設點則在南勢溪流上;若考慮坡度對污染擴散的影響,給予分級的環域分析時,則建議在南勢溪一處、逮魚堀溪一處及坪林堰一處需增設水質測站。 |
英文摘要 | Water resource management is a very important issue nowadays. Due to economic development, water quality risk increases the difficulty of water resource management. Environmental monitoring records can help us understand the variability of environmental properties. For example, water quality monitoring records provide important information which helps people understand water quality if it is below standard or if it needs improvement through management strategies. The objective of this study was to discuss the suitability of the water quality station network in the Taipei Water Specific Area. The land uses in agricultural areas, landslides and residential areas have different effects on water quality. This study applied Geographic Information Systems to assess the influence on areas of different land uses with buffer analysis. When an area is highly influenced by land use activities, the water quality in this area has higher risk and needs monitoring. This study therefore addressed the suggestion that it is necessary to first add three water quality monitoring stations in the Bei-Shih Creek Basin, and then build one more in the Nan-Shih Creek Basin. When considering the influence of basin’s slope on pollutant transportation, suitable water quality monitoring network changes. |
