中文摘要 | 台北捷運新莊線CK570C區段標CK240子標道岔結構位於台北大橋北側淡水河三重堤防 內外兩側,結構體橫跨淡水河行水區與現有之環河快速道路,為台北捷運新莊線與蘆洲支線 之分岔點,結構體外型呈東窄西寬之長條形,長度125m,寬度14.9m~26.9m,設計開挖深 度為39.5m~41.5m,採厚度2m、深度63m之連續壁為擋土結構,配合13層水平H型鋼支撐以 順築工法構築結構體。由於結構體開挖深度達41.5m且基礎開挖面下地層無適當不透水層, 基礎開挖面抵抗管湧破壞之安全係數明顯不足,為維持基礎開挖面之穩定,除連續壁底部施 作一層約5m厚之封底灌漿,以防止地下水直接進入開挖區造成管湧破壞,並且僅需將景美 礫石層頂部之水位水頭抽降19.8m,就能符合「土木工程設計手冊(CEDM) 第十版」規定之 1.25抵抗上舉破壞之安全係數,不僅大幅降低抽水量且提高了施工安全性。 本文將介紹本案例如何採取全區封底灌漿配合景美礫石層降水工法進行結構開挖及施工 中配合現地實況修正工法,並對抽降水期間台北盆地景美層水位洩降量及影響範圍作一說 明。 |
英文摘要 | The site of the Xinzhuang MRT line turnout structure is located on the northern side of Taipei Bridge and underneath both the inner and outer sides of the Danshui River dike. The turn-out structure also lies beneath the elevated Huanhe Expressway in Sanchong and will be used as a track switch for the Xinzhuang-Luzhou line. The turn-out structure is the shape of a trumpet with its west section more wide and its east section more narrow, of which its length is 125 m and width is 14.9 m~26.9 m. The excavation depth of the turn-out structure is 39.5 m~41.5 m. In order to support the sides of the excavation, a 2 m-thick, 63 m-deep diaphragm wall was constructed around the site perimeter and a 13-layer temporary H-shaped steel strut was used as a retaining structure. Due to the lack of an impermeable soil layer lying beneath the foundation excavation face, the safety factor of the final excavation face did not satisfy Civil Engineering Design Manual (CEDM) specifications. So plugged grout and dewatering through the application of a Jingmei Gravel Layer was applied as an auxiliary method to stabilize the structure foundation excavation to avoid leakage problems on the final excavation face. The auxiliary method not only avoided leakage problems but also decreased the need for water to be pumped out of the Jingmei Gravel Layer, it also assisted with the problem of up-lift of the final excavation face. This article introduces the design and construction procedure of plugged grout and dewatering in the Jingmei Gravel Layer in the turnout structure of section contract CK570C of the Taipei MRT. |
