中文摘要 | 臺北植物園假日主題活動已推行多年,但是一直無相關研究資料,以提供改善參考。本研究透過遊客問卷、志工訪談及參與觀察,探討參加該活動的遊客種類及對活動的看法、滿意度和需求。參加的族群以親子團體為主,同行人員以小學族群7-11歲為主,獲得活動訊息來源大多來自親朋好友的介紹,遊客的教育程度以大學(專)為主,且每個月固定來參加活動的最多,參加動機最主要是希望能學習相關知識及接近大自然。另外,遊客對於學習單的需求極高,並對於活動的解說服務品質達到滿意程度,但解說牌大小及內容仍有改進空間。志工植物相關專業知識足夠,只是解說技巧比較不足,缺乏主旨貫穿全場,另外,志工反應學習單的設計不易。該活動是值得持續推廣並應加強宣傳管道,建議學習單由同一組人員依解說主題統籌設計。由於遊客回流明顯,應增加新鮮感,並提昇志工解說技巧,在設備方面建議改善解說牌。 |
英文摘要 | For many years, weekend educational activities have been implemented at the Taipei Botanical Garden. However, research information regarding those activities has not been gathered and applied to activity design. Through interviews with interpreters and visitor questionnaires this study quantifies activity participant type, satisfaction and opinion and identifies needed improvements. The most common visiting group is adults with young children. They learned of activities through friends and family. Visitors generally have a college degree. A majority of the visitors participate in activities at least once a month. The primary participation motives are to obtain practical knowledge and interact with nature. Visitors generally have high learning expectations and are satisfied with teaching quality. Visitors indicated that the size and content of interpretative signs could be improved. Volunteer knowledge is sufficient, but their teaching techniques do not reach the entire audience. Most interpreters are volunteers. These volunteers feel designing study sheets is difficult. Based on findings from this study, interpretive activities are worth continuing and expanding. Each volunteer should not be responsible for designing his or her own study sheets. The teaching format and material should be increased. Volunteer teaching techniques and interpretive signs need to be improved. |
