中文摘要 | 隨著企業全球化、網路商業化與知識管理的興起,企業甄選的傳統也慢慢地改變了,但卻沒有人研究擁有不同知識與經驗背景的甄選者利用工作說明書,建構解決甄選問題時理解的差異性,也沒有人願意找出讓初學的甄選者學習建構解決甄選問題的理解進步的方法。為了達成這些目標,本研究以從未上過人力資源管理課程的大一新生、已上過人力資源管理甄選課程的高年級生與已在人力資源部門工作的專業企業甄選者作為研究對象,進行了兩個模擬實驗。實驗一,是以一張業務助理工作說明書作為實驗工具;實驗二,則是以一張餐廳外場工讀生的工作說明書作為實驗工具。兩個實驗結果顯示,不同知識與經驗背景的確會影響甄選者對工作說明書記憶的表徵,與建構解決甄選問題的表徵。由於甄選是情境導向的問題,甄選者需要更多的情境知識與經驗,理解工作說明書。 |
英文摘要 | With globalization, internet commercialization and knowledge management coming, business selection changed also, but however no one studies what different between selector who have different knowledge and experience, when they used description to comprehend the selection problem and resolve the problem, and no one want to help beginners to learn to resolve selection problem. In this study, we asked 3 different kinds of subjects to participate to 2 experimentations. They were 20 freshmen who never study selection, 20 students who had been on the selection courses, and 20 HR workers who had more than one year of experiences in selection. In Experiment 1, a job description about sales assistant in steel manufacture; in Experiment 2, a job description about waitress of restaurant was as an experimental tool. Two experimental results showed the effect of knowledge and experience in the comprehension of selection problem when our subjects used job description. Because selection is contextual-oriented problem, selectors need also contextual-oriented knowledge and experience to comprehend job description. |
