中文摘要 | 本文以「研究指導者描述大專生初次參與研究」的敘說架構,報導一名大專生執行一份研究的行動歷程,以及指導者與研究者對此經驗的反思與詮釋。本文由1名幼保系專任老師指導1名大四學生,於100年申請「國科會大專生參與研究計畫」通過後,進入臺中女子監獄保育室進行半年的參與式觀察,並透過協同合作的指導歷程,完成研究的執行與報告的書寫。其中大專生以參與式觀察瞭解幼兒在保育室的生活與親子互動經驗;指導者則透過觀察與討論,與大專生共同詮釋、理解和重建田野觀察之意義。研究結果顯示指導大專生執行研究每一階段均面臨研究困境的焦點,而指導者在一次次與大專生的研究對話中尋找解決的策略;並由指導的過程看到執行研究對大專生及指導者自身反思參與的意義與價值。本研究進一步建議未來在促進大專生的研究能力上,建構以研究為導向的教育模式,是更能普遍推廣的訓練方法。 |
英文摘要 | This study details a professor's supervision of a National Science Council research project conducted by an in-service senior from the Department of Early Childhood Care and Education. In a narrative framework, the supervising professor describes the senior's experience of visiting Taichung Women's Prison, providing interpretations of her experience. The researching senior observed the participants for 6 months to understand the lives of the inmates' children and mother-child interactions in the prison nursery. Through observation and discussion, the supervisor and the researcher interpreted, understood, and reconstructed the meaning of the field events together. Most data were obtained from the researcher's observational records, field notes, and reflective journals. During the study, the researcher encountered problems with the adopted observation process; however, through self-reflection and consultation with the supervisor, she identified appropriate solutions.Several significant themes emerged from the data. First, this study explores the student's experience of conducting a research project. Second, this study presents a discusses on interactions between the student and supervisor. Third, the project conducted by the student has implications for related research. Finally, a number of ethical and methodological concerns related to college students conducting this type of research and suggestions for future studies are provided. |
