中文摘要 | 自1988年起開始調查臺灣本島、澎湖及金門地區野生種大豆的分布及生長情形,並收集種子,進行繁殖及農藝性狀的評估,以NIR分析種子蛋白質及油分的含量,做為遺傳育種之材料,進行種間雜交,達到種源保存利用的目標。 共收集了臺灣、澎湖及金門地區野生種大豆四種,即臺灣大豆(G. soja, G. max ssp fomosana),臺東野大豆(G. dolichocarpa),闊葉大豆(G. tomentella)及澎湖大豆(G. tabacina),共計80系統。調查發現種間性狀差異極為明顯,而種內不同地區之系統間並無差異。臺灣大豆及臺東野大豆為臺灣的固有種(亞種),臺灣為僅次於澳洲、中國大陸之第三大大豆種源區,值得再調查研究,並急需加以保育,以維護寶貴野生大豆種源的永存。 |
英文摘要 | Followed with the perennial investigations and collections, the distribution and growth conditions of wild soybeans in Taiwan and Kinmen areas were reinvestigated since 1989. Subsequently, their seeds were collected for reproduction and evaluations of agronomic characters. The seed proteins and oils were also analysed with NIR, then, the seed were conserved for the utilization and germplasm conservation, also the interspecific hybridization in the studies of genetics and plant breeding. Eighty lines belong to four species which including G. soja (G. max ssp fomosana), G. dolichocarpa, G. tomentella and G. tabacina were collected. It gave significant interspecifc difference, only a little intraspecific variation. Taiwan is the third major soybean germplasm area followed with Australia and China, which is worth reinvestigating. So this conservational area has to be established urgently in order to conserve those invaluable wild soybean germplasms. |
