中文摘要 | 本文之目的乃在於透過組織衝突管理之策略應用介紹來對於體育運動組織中衝突管理之解決策略,並應用近來體育運動領域中發生的衝突案例,歸納提出衝突管理策略應用要點。組織衝突可能發生在組織成員間,也可能存在於組織與組織成員間。組織衝突的管理策略,可分為衝突解決與衝突引發策略兩類。衝突解決策略有迴避、順應、強迫、妥協、合作、擴充資源、組織成員訓練、組織結構重整;衝突引發策略則有改變組織文化、釋放假消息、引進新血、組織結構重整、安排伏兵。衝突管理策略應用時,應把握「正視衝突的殺傷力」、「善用衝突的正面功能」、「立即採取適當的解決策略」、「提供暢通的溝通管道」、「公平理性的仲裁制度」的五大原則。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is introducing the strategies of conflict management in sport organization, and take the cases which were happened lately for example to generalize a conclusion from these cases. The conflict could be happened between members or member and organization. The strategies of conflict management could be distributed into 2 groups which were conflict solvent and inducement. Conflict solvent strategies are avoidance, compliance, coercion, compromise, collaboration, expand resources, member training, organization reconstruction; conflict inducement strat4egies are organization culture changing, release false news, recruitment, organization reconstruction, ambuscade arrangement. The five principles while taking conflict management strategies are "face the damage of conflict", "use the positive function of conflict", "take appropriate solve strategies immediately", "provide smooth communication", "impartial and rational arbitrament". |
