中文摘要 | 本文為質性研究,以學生的敘說觀點,呈現休閒運動保健系大三學生在休閒農場實習歷程的身心體驗。以學生敘事化的訪談為主要資料的蒐集,另輔以學生實習日誌、研究者日誌與反思、實習單位相關多重資料的彙整,進行文本的建構,述明休閒農場簡介、實習工作和受訪者相關資料、研究歷程,採以同儕及研究受訪者之多元檢核,建立研究的信實度。詮釋出「阿玲-活動組及景觀組」、「阿靜-景觀組及櫃檯服務」、「阿明-餐飲及手工藝組」、「阿凱-活動組」農場實習情境四部曲的感知故事,發現學生們在職場多重考驗的生活中,學習到同儕互助支援與人際關係的建立、時間管控及突發狀況的應變能力、熱誠與微笑服務之道、以及手工藝技能與農業知識,在「做中學」進而「教與學」的實作現場,充實自己領導與解說的能力,激發出堅毅的自信心與成就感,體會休閒農場永續傳承臺灣在地文化的使命感,從瞭解職場經驗的學習中,獲得更寬廣的成長與創造力,期許學術研究領域應關注且重視「學生觀點」的主題書寫,蒐集學生職場實習歷程多元的內在資料,提供學校師生、家長及產業界在智慧的交流與認知中,彼此營造出有效益且優質的實習環境,讓學生擁有豐富的體驗而融入職場走的穩健走得長遠。 |
英文摘要 | This qualitative research decrypted the body and mind experiences of junior students from Department of Recreation Sport and Health Promotion throughout the internship course on leisure farm. This study was composed of collecting and organizing multiple resources. The main resource collection tool for data collection was narrative interview. Other supplementation resource collection tools were, including student internship journals, researcher logs and reflections, and information from internship units. This study demonstrated the introduction of leisure farm, internship course, subjects' information and research course. Principal investigator utilized multiple assessments of student interviewees and students' peers to establish the trustworthiness of this study. Based on the student's internship practice experience on leisure farm the perception tetralogy story has been developed. The perception tetralogy story includes "A-Ling - activity group and landscape group", "A-Jing - landscape group and counter services", "A-Ming - dining and handicraft group" and "A-Kai - activity group". The students, who faced multiple challenges from workplace on a daily basis were learned the following items; collaboration and to establish relationships with peers, time management and ability to respond the unexpected situations, enthusiasm and to provide sincerely customer service, as well as handicraft skills and agricultural knowledge. The "learning by doing" and then "teaching and learning" internship circumstances enriched the leadership skills, explanation abilities, further inspired self-confidence and senses of achievement among students. Through the internship learning experience on leisure farm, students became more creative and understood the sense of mission in sustainable Taiwan local culture inheritance. For the future academic research our study suggest that it should pay more attention on writing the theme of "Student opinions" and gathering multiple internal information of student internship course, which can provide to the school faculties, parents and industries in an exchange of understanding and cognition. Furthermore, in order to create a cost-effective and high quality internship practice environment, and to guide students, integration of abundant learning experience into workplace is necessary in the long run. |
