英文摘要 | Literature reviewing showed the risk of suffering from cardiovascular disease in menopause women is increased. The research found that the frequency of cardiovascular disease occurrence can be reduced for women by engaging in exercise regularly. The purpose of this study was to apply the "Theory of Planned Behavior" to explore the relationship among determinants which influence doing exercise regularly in menopause women, and to examine the predictive power which Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavior Control were on Behavior Intention and behavior. The purposive sampling was adopted by the researcher. Two hundred and thirty nine women in menopause were research subjects. The research instrument utilized was a structured questionnaire for data collecting. Data analysis took the methods of the standard deviation, product-moment correlation, ANOVA, t-test, multiple regression analysis and segments of multiple regression analysis. The research results suggested: 1. Perceived Behavioral Control influenced a behavior of doing exercise regularly significantly, and adding a determinant of behavioral intention remain the same. 2. Behavioral intention of doing exercise regularly was mainly influenced by perceived behavioral control, subjective norm next, and attitude influence was relatively low. 3. The behavioral beliefs, normative beliefs and the control beliefs for those who were with behavioral intention of doing exercise regularly were significantly different from those who were without it. The findings were important references for nursing staff to propose a health behavior changing programs and education involved plans in the future. |
