中文摘要 | 諮商督導可以協助各機構諮商員發揮專業能力,並維護求助者之權益。近年來國內的社區輔導機構普遍正視諮商專業品質的重要性,紛紛對機構內的義務諮商員設立督導制度,並訂立義務諮商督導員的培訓辦法,然而半專業的義務諮商員與專業諮商員在專業訓練的準備度、工作角色與任務及個人的專業發展歷程並不相同,因此本研究以深入訪談的方式了解國內二個社區輔導機構中,九名義務諮商員的被督導經驗,以作為進一步探討適合社區輔導機構的督導訓練模式之參考。 經資料分析後發現我國社區輔導機構多以隨班及團體的型式進行督導,應用旁聽或回溯接案過程的方式來對接案過程進行事後討論,主要的討論焦點以個案輔導的盲點或困境為主。義務諮商員印象深刻的被督導經驗可分為特殊個案的輔導經驗、督導員的特質與態度、督導的策略與技巧及諮商員個人生活經驗等四大部分。除了在督導的策略與技巧方面的二個經驗外,義務諮商員自陳上述被督導經驗對他們在個案輔導、對義務輔導工作的認同及個人生活等方面有幫助,他們對目前機構所提供的督導制度滿意,但也希望能增加督導的量,提昇督導的品質,並在督導過程中加入更多的人性化互動。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, volunteer counseling organizations are aware of the importance of qualified counseling supervision, and they begin to set up the training system for volunteer counseling supervision. It is critical to set up supervision training programs by studying the supervised experiences. Nine volunteer counselors working at 2 different community counseling organizations participated in the study. Major findings through in-depth interview were as follows: Group supervision was the most frequently used modality. Supervisors and counselors discussed the problems about the interventions for clients by retrospection of the counseling process. There are 4 kinds of supervisory experiences that the volunteer counselors were impressed: (1) the experiences of counseling special clients; (2) characteristics and attitudes of supervisors; (3) supervisory strategies and techniques that supervisors used; (4) counselors' personal issues which inhibited their counseling ability. These volunteer counselors reported that they did got benefits in their counseling ability, relationship with supervisors, and personal life from these supervisory experiences. Beyond that, they were satisfied with the supervision offered by the agency, and also hoped to get more frequent supervision sessions, more professional supervisors, and more personal interaction with supervisors in supervision process. |
