中文摘要 | 背景:工期雖然是營建工程專案管理的重要因素,而無法預知的環境因素將會影響工期進度、品質及成本,因此更顯出供應鏈及物料管理的重要性,由於勞工人力高齡化、勞動力短缺,使得工資高漲,營建工程自動化成為必然趨勢。目的:建立自動化的粉刷工程物料管理模式。方法:本研究將對營建工程粉刷施工,對水泥、砂之採購、物料管理模式與施工法之選擇進行策略分析。結果:運用豐田式生產管理,建立了一套使用乾混水泥砂漿料配合機噴粉刷工法的粉刷工程物料管理模式。結論/實務應用:乾混水泥砂漿配合機粉刷工程物料管理模式的建立,並提供給營建業者作為粉刷工程專案管理的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Background: Time is an important factor in the construction project management. Because construction processes are long and complex, unexpected environment factors will affect project time, quality and cost. Therefore, supply chain and materials management become important. Nowadays, because of the shortage of skilled labor workers, the automation of construction becomes prevailing Purposes: To set up the mode of materials management for automated spray renders method. Methods: The study is the analysis for spray renders method, the purchasing of cement and sand, the system of material management, and the choice of construction methods. Results: Using the Toyota-style management system to set up the mode of engineering materials management for spray renders method with dry mortar. Conclusions/Implications for Practice: The system of engineering materials management for spray renders method with dry mortar can offer reference for project management of spray renders method by the construction industry. |
