中文摘要 | 跆拳道選手由於訓練以及比賽要求,相當重視身體平衡的控制,不過,研究指出身高、體重等體型因子也是影響平衡控制的因子。本研究目的在利用相關及回歸統計,區分年齡、身高與體重因子對於跆拳道選手靜態平衡表現的影響程度。研究對象為47名青少年及青年男子跆拳道選手,年齡17.6±2.3歲,身高172.5±7.8公分,體重66.2±12.4公斤。受測者雙腳站姿的靜態平衡以Biodex平衡儀(The balance system, Biodex)評估,分別測得前後穩定、左右穩定以及總穩定三個指數。數據以SPSS18.0中文版統計軟體進行描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關以及逐步回歸分析,統計顯著水準定為α=0.050結果顯示選手的前後穩定、左右穩定以及總穩定三個指數與年齡相關性並不顯著,但與身高、體重和BMI值正相關顯著。逐步回歸分析結果顯示,體重因于是唯一投入變項,分別可以解釋受測者前後穩定、左右穩定以及總穩定指數49%、42%與49%的變異量。本研究顯示體重是影響跆拳道選手靜態平衡表現的重要因子,體重越重,在靜態平衡測量時晃動較大,因此建議在進行運動選手平衡評估時,應該考慮到體重因素的影響。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to discriminate the influences of age, height and body weight on static balance performance of taekwondo players. 47 male athletes (17.6±2.3 years, 172.5±7.8cm, 66.2±12.4kg, BMI 22.1±3.2kg/m^2) participated in this study. The postural stability of the subjects was evaluated by the Biodex Balance System. Postural sway of the center of balance on the wobble platform was recorded, and transformed to the anterior-posterior (APSI), medial-lateral (MLSI), and overall (OSI) stability indexes. Data were analyzed with Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression by using SPSS18.0. The results indicate that age does not correlate with the static balance performance. However, height, body weight and BMI are all positively correlated with all the three indexes of posture stability. Stepwise multiple regressions reveal that the body weight alone accounted for 49% of the variance of the postural sway. Accordingly, the body weight is critical in the evaluation of the static balance, and hence is suggested to be adjusted in the comparison of different athletes. |
