英文摘要 | Conventional magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) provides adequate visualization of the intracranial vasculature. However, conventional MRA has good spatial resolution but lacks temporal resolution. Four dimensional time-resolved angiography using keyhole (4D TRAK) is a faster technique of performing contrast-enhanced MRA. This technique has been developed to achieve excellent temporal resolution of the arterial and venous circulations. We report the use of this technique in a case of a high-flow, direct carotid cavernous fistula to demonstrate its potential in intracranial MRA. |
