中文摘要 | 植物新品種可區別性(distinctness)、一致性(uniformity)及穩定性(stability)(簡稱DUS)檢定是新品種保護的技術基礎與授權的科學依據。國際植物新品種保護聯盟(UPOV)檢定指南是DUS檢定的技術標準,其中UPOV也提供了DUS試驗資料統計分析之指導原則,以提高新品種判定的效率與準確性,但仍有很多相關理論與實際問題尚未解決。本文針對DUS檢定的統計分析做一整體性摘要說明,其內容包含新品種DUS判別上的技術問題研析、統計方法及分析工具,最後並就DUS檢定統計學方法之研究展望提出看法,以期提供國內育種者與檢定單位進行DUS檢定之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS for short) testing is the technical base of plant variety protection and the scientific basis for the approval of plant breeders' rights. UPOV (International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants) Test Guidelines are the technical standards for the DUS testing. To improve the efficiency and accuracy of new varieties identification, UPOV also provides guidance on statistical analysis of data in DUS trials. There are still a lot of theoretical and practical problems needed to be solved. Thus, this paper overall introduces the statistical analysis in DUS testing, including technical issues, statistical methods and analytic tools in the DUS examination for new varieties identification. Finally, further research development of statistical analysis in DUS testing is also discussed. It is expected that this paper can be served as a reference to the breeders and the test organizations involved in DUS testing in Taiwan. |
