中文摘要 | 葉老化為葉片生長發育的最後階段,過程中包含多種生理事件,如細胞結構降解及養份回收等,在許多落葉性木本植物由於關係著林木生長,且會使葉片產生顏色變化,尤其引人注目。過去幾年內,在草本模式物種已經有相當豐富之研究結果,而木本模式物種則受限於材料特性,正處於起步的階段。然而,隨著實驗技術進步,未來將可直接以各種木本植物為材料進行研究。本文說明葉老化之定義及相關研究,整理葉老化研究之重要回顧文獻,並介紹目前木本植物之研究情形。 |
英文摘要 | Leaf senescence is the final stage of leaf development with many occurring physiological events including cell structure degradation and nutrient recycle etc. For deciduous woody plants, leaf senescence attracts people because of the coloration and signaling the end of a growing season. In the past, research on herbaceous model plants was abundant. However, leaf senescence research in woody model plants was just started. With the help of improved experimental technology, non-model woody plant such as Betula pendula can be studied directly. In this study, definition and related topics of leaf senescence were introduced, and several articles related to research in woody plants were reviewed and discussed. |
