中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討不同重心站立姿勢之對打逆擊動作,其下肢提供的動量和推蹬力,對打擊反應動作時間之差異性。以22名國內優秀空手道選手為受試者,研究方法是以二片測力板分別量測前、後腳之重量及作用力,並同時與高速攝影機擷取動作,藉以計算受測者訊號開始到打擊至目標靶之時間。將測力板控制器設定10秒鐘,受試者走至測力板將前、後腳分別站立於二塊測力板上,依重心站立姿勢的不同,將身體重量置於前腳約百分之七十或五十,後腳約百分之三十或五十,待受試者看見訊號燈,以最快的速度前進完成逆擊動作,測試共計五次。本研究採用相依樣本單因子變異數分析,顯著水準定為α=.05;結果顯示:不同重心站立姿勢對打擊反應動作時間的差異有顯著性的影響,七三重心站立姿勢之對打逆擊動作比五五重心站立姿勢之對打逆擊動作能以較短之反應動作時間打擊至目標。本研究結果可供教練或教師在訓練空手道對打動作技術之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to study the centre of gravity changes during jabbing and reverse punch motion in standing position, lower extremity provide the momentum and ground reaction force, the response time during attack motion were compared. Twenty-two outstanding domestic sport karate subjects were participated in this study; two independent force plates were used for the purpose of foot pressure and impact force detection in each foot, and the motion were capture by high speed camera simultaneously for measuring the time spend in attacked the target offered. First, the data acquisition time was set to 8 seconds via the force plate controller, and then let the subject stand in front of the force plates, step on each force plate with a foot, the load put on the forefoot will be 70% or 50% and back foot will be 30% or 50% of body weight depend on the standing position with different gravity were set. Subjects were instructed to finish the reverse punch motion in shortest time since the signal light were on and the same experiment will last for 5 times. Two-way ANOVA analysis of variance is used in this research, alpha level that was set as 0.05. Results: the centre of gravity change in standing position will significantly influence the attack time, the ratio of centre of gravity changes in standing position in 7:3 better than 5:5 in jab and reverse punch during attacked the target offered in shorter time. The experimental results may provide a reference for the coaches and physical education teachers in sport karate jabbing skill training area. |
