中文摘要 | 目的:探討肥胖與不肥胖之大專男生心肺耐力之差異情況,並探討肥胖與心肺耐力之間的關連性情況為何。方法:採方便取樣,以台北市某私立科學技術學院日間部低年級男性學生,以班級為單位測驗11班,男生共305人,平均年齡為16.9 ± 1.03歲,將實驗參與者依據衛生署訂定之肥胖標準:一、BMI(Body Mass Index,身體質量指數)大於等於27。二、男生體脂肪比率大於25%。三、男生腰圍大於90公分。四、男生腰臀比大於0.9。若有達到四項標準中的任一項則定義為肥胖予以分組,分為肥胖組與未達肥胖組兩組,測驗其1600公尺跑走之成績,以獨立樣本t檢定(α=.05),考驗肥胖組與未達肥胖組之差異,並以皮爾遜積差相關考驗肥胖與心肺耐力之間的關連性情況。結果:大專男生依上述之肥胖標準達到肥胖的總共有78位;未達肥胖水準有227位。肥胖組1600公尺跑走平均時間為593±111.94秒;未達肥胖組1600公尺跑走平均時間為517.72±90.49秒,p=.000(p<.05)。兩組在心肺耐力的部份呈顯著差異。男生肥胖與1600公尺跑走(心肺耐力)之相關情況為顯著的正相關,其相關係數為(r=.324,p=.000,p<.05)。結論:大專男生以名義分組,在肥胖組與未達肥胖組之心肺耐力測量結果,有顯著性差異(p<.05);肥胖與1600公尺跑走項目之間,有顯著的相關,未達肥胖組之心肺耐力顯著優於肥胖組。從上述結果與討論得知,肥胖對心肺耐力會有負面的影響。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: To investigate the obese and non-obese boys college of heart and lung endurance of differences, and to explore the obesity and heart and lung endurance of the connection between what the situation. Methods: A convenience sample to a private Taipei during the day the Ministry of Science and Technology College junior male students to classes for the test units of 11 classes, a total of 305 men, average age 16.9 ± 1.03 years old, participants in the experiment will be based on the Department of Health set of standards for obesity: (A) BMI (Body Mass Index) greater than or equal to 27. (B) The male body fat percentage greater than 25%. (C)Boys waist circumference greater than 90 cm. (D) Male waist-hip ratio greater than 0.9. If so, to meet four criteria in any of obesity is defined as a group be divided into groups of obesity and obesity below the two groups, the test results of the 1600-meter run, an independent samples t-test (α =. 05), fat test group and not the difference in obesity group, and Pearson product-moment correlation between obesity and heart and lung endurance test between the connection of the case. Results: The college boys in accordance with the above-mentioned criteria of obesity reached a total of 78; not have the level of obesity 227. Obese group an average of 1,600-meter run time of 593 ± 111.94 seconds; 1,600 meters below the obesity group run average 517.72 ± 90.49 seconds, p =. 000 (p <.05).
