中文摘要 | 國民素養是21世紀現代公民應具備的基本能力,具備足夠的國民素養方能以符合社會倫理的適當方法有效地取得並整合資訊,以進行思考、學習並可提升解決自身資訊需求的能力。本研究以問卷調查法抽取大高雄地區22所高中職學校1150位學生作為研究對象,並以具信、效度之問卷進行實證研究,研究結果發現:(1)不同性別及家長教育程度較高之學生其國民素養有顯著差異;(2)公私立學校類型及學校所在區域之學生其國民素養有顯著差異;(3)學生的資訊環境狀況已略具規範;(4)學生國民素養現況具有中上程度的良好水準;(5)資訊環境狀況較佳的學生其資訊素養較良好。 |
英文摘要 | Civic literacy is a basic ability of the modern citizen in the 21st century. Only people who have enough key literacy are able to access, evaluate, organize and integrate information effectively with the appropriate methods, while following the exigencies of society ethics. Thereby, they can think critically, conduct self-oriented learning, and increase their own ability to solve their information needs. The subjects of this study are students of senior high schools and vocational schools at Kaohsiung, to explore variations in key literacy on the part of students from different backgrounds and information situations. This thesis begins with the literature reviews of key literacy related theories and researches. It then analyzes a survey done on 1,150 students randomly chosen from the 22 senior high schools and vocational schools at Kaohsiung. This survey was done using questionnaires with validity and reliability. The research produced the following findings: (1) Gender and students' parents with higher education are two factors which exhibit significant difference in students' key literacy;(2) The types of the school exhibit a significant difference in key literacy;(3) The information environment for the students at Kaohsiung is well designed and organized;(4) The key literacy level of the students reaches a medium-high standard;(5) Students from a better information environment have better key literacy. |
