中文摘要 | 在此知識經濟時代,國際間互相分享彼此優勢的學術合作已成為提昇學術水準之重要方式。然過去對國際學術合作,往往僅移植仿傚國之文化優勢,卻未能與本國社會植質整合,使合作不僅未能探昇本國之學術成就,甚至導致本土交化之失根。如何整合學術國際化與本土性?根是努力的方向。本文以護理教育為例,重新省思南丁格爾之護理改革侑近代國際護理學者所認為護理教育發展之趨勢為根據,重新省思護理教育之內涵及發,以作發展護理教育國際合作模式之基礎。 |
英文摘要 | In an ear of a knowledge-based economy, the establishment of international academic cooperation has been recognized as a significant way of promoting and advancing academ is performanee. In the past, the international academic cooperation programs emphasized on transplanting the advantages of partner's culture without incorporating mother country's social essence and culture. That did not really help mother country promote its academic performance; on the other hand, it led to the loss of mother country's own culture identity. Thus, incorporating academic inernationalization into local culture and social essence is an issue to work on. In this paper, the authors rethought the Nightingales nursing revolution, the development of nursing education in order to form a basis of developing an international cooperative model for nursing education. |
