英文摘要 | The article reviews the methodology, findings, and limitations of 15 empirical studies conducted as part of a 4-year project investigating the effect of Chinese culture on organizational behavior. Specifical1y, the review covers paternalistic leadership, moral leadership, differential leadership, and employee loyalty. Based on the results of these studies, directions for future investigation are discussed. |
