中文摘要 | 本實驗目的為探討利用大豆粉取代飼料中之魚粉蛋白對赤鰭笛鯛成長的影響。實驗飼料分別以大豆粉取代8.5、17、25.5、34和42.5%的魚粉蛋白,並調整為等蛋白(45%)、等油脂(12%)之六組飼料。實驗魚體平均初重為1.83 g,實驗進行四週,每日投餵三次,餵至飽食。實驗結果指出隨著大豆粉的取代量增加,其成長表現與飼料利用率降低。特定成長率在各處理組間沒有顯著差異。增重率以大豆粉取代34%、42.5%的魚粉蛋白最差。體組織分析,灰分在各處理組間沒有顯著差異,赤鰭笛鯛餵食控制組飼料的肌肉組織中比其他處理組合較高的粗油脂,較低的水份與粗蛋白質含量。本實驗結果指出大豆粉取代魚粉蛋白至25.5%不影響赤鰭笛鯛的成長。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to determine the effects of fish meal protein replacement by soybean meal (SBM) protein in the diets on the growth performance of hybrid red snapper Lutjanus argentimaculatus × Lutjanus sebae. Six isonitrogenous (45% crude protein) and isolipidic (12% crude lipid) diets were formulated using soybean meal to replace fish meal at 0, 8.5, 17, 25.5, 34 and 42.5% dietary protein. 1.83 g juvenile hybrid red snapper were fed for 4 weeks feeding trials, and three times a day until satiation. The results showed that growth performance decreased with increasing level of soybean meal in the diets. Specific growth rate was not significantly different among fish fed control 0, 8.5, 17 and 25.5% soybean meal protein diets. The fish fed diets included 34 and 42.5% soybean meal protein showed significantly lower weight gain than those fed other treatments. Compared to control diet, fish fed soybean meal groups had lower muscle lipid content, and higher muscle protein and moisture contents. The present study indicated that up to 25.5% of fish meal protein could be replaced by soybean meal protein in the diets for hybrid red snapper without adverse effects on growth performance. |
