中文摘要 | 本文主要闡述鋁合金超高真空腔之製造與銲接程序,藉由國家同步輻射研究中心台灣光子源建造計劃之電子儲存環大型鋁合金超高真空腔為例,敘述鋁合金真空腔製程設計考量,從無油酒精加工、清洗、銲接等程序,微小的加工與銲接變形量被有效地規劃並適宜地獲得控制。製造與銲接結果顯示,近4 米長腔體之加工變形量控制< 0.1mm;銲後整體之變形量更控制< 0.2mm,並達到真空氣密效果,其漏率< 5×10-10 Torr۰l/s。因此,在嚴謹的製程參數及環境控制下,在鋁合金腔體製造與銲接上均符合嚴苛的加速器超高真空腔之品質要求。 |
英文摘要 | This paper describes the manufacturing and welding sequences for the ultra high vacuum chamber of aluminum alloy. By the National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC) of Taiwan Photon Source (TPS) construction project, through the large aluminum alloy vacuum chambers of electron storage ring as example. This large chamber has been designed and considered in the fabrication processes, from the manufacturing, cleaning, welding, and so on. The slight deformation in the machining and welding processes has been effective planned and controlled. The results are shown, after machining, the slight deformation was controlled less than 0.1 mm for nearly 4 meter length; the smaller deformation and low leak rate of the whole chamber were also achieved less than 0.2 mm and 5×10^(-10) Torr۰l/s. Therefore, under the strict control of process parameters and the environment in the manufacturing and welding, these aluminum alloy chamber processes meet stringent quality requirements in the ultra high vacuum chamber of synchrotron accelerator. |
