中文摘要 | 本文主要測量本院Eletha高能直線加速器多葉準直儀系統舌槽效應結構在執行強度調控照射時,產生劑量降低的定性及定量情形。取Kodak 14x17 in^2驗證片,平放置於固態水假體內,距射源100 cm處,分別於最高劑量點(dmax),5,10 cm深度進行照射,分別採一、二及三葉片單、偶數組分別進出方式照射;驗證片經沖洗後,使用大型Epson Profession 10000XL掃描器,以300 dpi解析度掃描,再使用Ray Radiation Analyzer劑量分析軟體進行分析,讀取因舌槽效應引起的劑量降低尖峰值及全寬半高值。6 MV X光的劑量降低峰值變化範圍從24.52%到31.29%;10 MV X光的劑量降低峰值變化範圍從30.96%到32.25%;6 MV X光的全寬半高值從0.33 cm到0.52 cm;10 MV X光的全寬半高值從0.45 cm到0.52 cm。多葉準直儀舌槽效應隨X光能量增加而增加,主要是由主射束所引起,散射束的劑量貢獻則在低能量較明顯;此一現象亦導致高能量X光的全寬半高值比低能量大;本研究結果發現舌槽效應劑量降低最多可達到三葉片對進出的31.29%,由此結果可知:同時進出的組合葉片愈多,遮擋處散射愈少,將加強舌槽效應劑量降低的嚴重程度。 |
英文摘要 | This project will measure the hospital radiation oncology Elekta high-energy linear accelerator multi-leaf collimator system of tongue and groove (Tongue-and-Groove) design, in the implementation of intensity modulated therapy (IMRT) arising from low-dose effect (tongue and groove effect). High-energy Elekta linear accelerator multi-leaf collimator was used to perform the measurement of Tongue-and-Groove effect. A solid water phantom was set at the SAD = 100 cm, the X ray energies was 6 and 10 MV, the measured depth was at the Dmax, 5 and 10 cm respectively. Measurement was performed with 1, 2, 3 pair of the odd-pair leaves in- and the even-pair leaves out-field then follows the even-pair leaves in- and the odd-pair leaves out-field. 14x17 in. Kodak XV-film were used to record the tongue and groove effect. The exposed Kodak films then scanned by an Epson Profession 10000XL scanner with 300 dpi resolution and analysis via Ray Radiation Analyzer Film Dosimetry Software. The mean dose reduction and FWHM (Full Width half Maximum) of the underdosage were measured. For 6 MV, the mean dose reduction (%) was 24.52 to 31.29%;For 10 MV, the mean dose reduction (%) was 30.96 to 32.25%。For 6 MV, the mean FWHM (cm) was 0.33 to 0.52 cm. For 10 MV, the mean dose reduction (cm) was 0.45 to 0.52 cm. These results demonstrated that the Tongue and Groove Underdosage should be carefully measured for clinical applications. |
