中文摘要 | 人格測驗乃是蒐集人格特性資料而設計的測驗工具,本研究以遠東科技大學為個案,透過職涯發展中心之MAPA性格測驗(Multiple Aspects Personality Assessment)數據、科系培育目標之職務類型、以及學生現有具備職務職能程度之進行研究。本研究發現遠東科技大學學生的社交性、活動性、客觀性等性格表現高於常模,但在主導性、行動力與思考性的程度則低於常模。另依據各科系職務培育之規劃與學生職能程度進行探討,除能提供學生自我探索外,並提供學校對於建構學生職涯發展策略的具體培育方向。 |
英文摘要 | Personality Test personality traits but to collect test data and design tools, this study Far Eastern University as a case through the Career Development Center MAPA personality tests (Multiple Aspects Personality Assessment) data, department foster job type objectives, as well as students the extent of the existing functions of the job with the research. The Far Eastern University study found that students sociability, activity, objectivity character outperformed the general population, but in the dominant degree of mobility and thinking of is lower than the general population. Another basis for the planning of each department duties and functions of the degree of nurturing students to explore, in addition to provide students with self-exploration, the construction of the students and provide schools for the specific career development strategy for nurturing direction. |
