中文摘要 | 住宅排水系統具有排放和衛生兩大性能,排放性能為人們所熟知,衛生性能卻一直被忽視。通過對我國5座城市的住宅建築進行實態調查,發現住宅排水系統存在的問題主要表現在雜訊大、返臭氣、漏水和排水不暢等四個方面,其中雜訊大和返臭氣問題更為突出。為了保障居住者身心健康,如何在高層住宅、甚至超高層住宅中,杜絕返臭氣現象,是我們目前迫切需要解決的問題。我國在建築給排水的研究基礎較薄弱,會影響工程技術水準的提高,而我國首座高層住宅性能足尺實驗塔的投入使用,標誌著我國已經具有完備的高層住宅排水系統研究的硬體基礎,可以直接切入建築給排水國際領先的研究領域,為研發適合中國國情的給排水系統搭建了可溯源、可比對的研究與驗證平臺。 |
英文摘要 | Residential drainage system has two major performances, emission and health, emission performance is well known, while the performance of health is always been neglected. Through a survey of the residential buildings in five cities, we found that problems of residential drainage system were mainly the noise, foul odor back from the drainage system, water leakage and poor drainage, etc., of which the noise and odor problems were more outstanding. In order to protect the health of occupants, how to eliminate the odors from the drainage system in high-rise residence and even super high-rise residence are urgent needs to solve currently. Fundamental research of building water supply and drainage was weak in China, and it impeded the improvement of the level of engineering and technology. However, China's first high-rise full-scale residential experiment tower come into service, and it indicates that China already has a complete hardware basics of high-rise residential drainage systems experiment and comes to the international advanced level in the field of building water supply and drainage research directly. Besides, the experiment tower builds a traceable and comparable research and verification platform for building water supply and drainage system which suits China's national conditions. |
