中文摘要 | 臺北捷運系統初期路網並無設置全斷面式防水隔艙閘門,然而,隨著時代之進步,防災 觀念也隨之加強,因此才會有考慮以全斷面式防水隔艙閘門作為地面防洪閘門外之第二道安 全防災設施。臺北都會區捷運系統新莊線是第一次有通過斷層處之捷運路線( 初期捷運路網 之隧道及車站皆未通過斷層處),因此臺北捷運新莊線地下車站( 隧道) 設置全斷面式防水 隔艙閘門是國內首創設計。 本文旨在敘述規劃設計「全斷面式防水隔艙閘門監控系統」從無至有至突破困境,從提 出創意至創新過程的實錄,雖然遭遇到許多困難,但最後還是整合了捷運局與捷運公司各單 位之意見,並提出許多創新設計,使「防水隔艙閘門」監控系統成為全世界獨一無二之創新 設計。因目前已有許多路線之防水隔艙閘門實質完工,並加入營運中。因此本文將配合文章 內容提供照片,說明大臺北地區整體防水隔艙閘門之監控構想。 |
英文摘要 | In the initial Taipei MRT network, full-section floodgates were not installed in underground tunnels. Subsequent reinforcement of the importance of disaster prevention, and the fact that the MRT Xinzhuang line was the first line to pass through a fault in Taiwan, led DORTS to install fullsection floodgates in the underground tunnels as secondary safety facilities. These floodgates were the first of their kind designed in Taiwan. This article introduces the process of innovation of the full-section floodgates monitoring system from the very start of planning and design to brain storming ideas and innovations. Although encountering a number of difficulties, DORTS integrated suggestions from the TRTC into innovative designs, making the monitoring system be an unique innovative design. Now fullsection floodgates have been built and are used in many in-service MRT lines. Therefore, this paper describes these innovative design ideas and provides many photos to show actual results. |
