中文摘要 | 親子同校在國小校園是普遍現象,本文針對臺南市與父母同校至少一年的高年級教師子女探討其學校生活適應現狀,並邀請其同校家長及班級導師配組訪談,徵得七組訪談對象,共計21 位訪談對象,結果發現:教師子女在學校處於安全友善卻受到關注的學習氣氛,但須面對各種不同的學習壓力來源。他們學習態度積極,且學習條件比他人優厚,擁有額外的學習資源與特權,教師家長希望他們被一視同仁,而教師子女多不知道自己正在享受特權。對於導師教師子女感到又愛又怕,跟同學則是互動和諧,與同校的父母距離雖然近卻互動低調。教師子女多能遵守班級規定,為了在校父母的面子他們比一般學生更要謹言慎行。 |
英文摘要 | Parents and kids in the same school is a general phenomenon in elementary schools. This study is aimed at the school adjustment of 5th and 6th graders in Tainan City who study in the same school with their parents for at least one year. After interviewing 21 objects including students, their parents and their home room teachers, the conclusion is that, first, the teachers’ children study in a safe, friendly and more attentive learning atmosphere, but they have to face different sources of pressure. Second, they have good learning attitudes and extra learning resources and privileges. However, those parents don’t hope that their kids have privileges, but, in fact, the kids don’t realize that they’re learning with privileges. Third, those children not only love but also fear their homeroom teachers, and interact harmoniously with their classmates. Even though they are teachers’ children, they still interact with their parents in low profile. Fourth, the children generally comply with the rules. For the honor of their parents, they behave themselves cautiously. |
