中文摘要 | 新產品研發與公司營收、成長關係密切。以往的新產品研發著重於內部控管或跨功能的整合,關注在研發部門、行銷部門、生產製造部門與高階領導者間的關係,人力資源部門在新產品研發過程的角色及重要性則較少受到關注。因此,本研究在驗証諸多人資部門的研究議題中,組織學習應對新產品研發有正向影響,因此以組織學習為自變數,新產品研發績效為依變數,此外,以一個內部角度-組織文化,及外部角度-環境複雜度,作為干擾因素進行量化之實證檢驗。針對南部五所大學EMBA學生及製造、購物公司寄發678份問卷,回收有效問卷280份,檢驗結果:組織學習對新產品研發有正向而影著影響,組織文化及環境複雜度在此一關係中均有顯著之干擾效果存在。 |
英文摘要 | New product development (NPD) is vital for organizational performance. Previous NPD studies focus on how to integrate internal control and cross-section's corporation, but ignored the contribution from Human Resource department. This study start from organizational learning tried to connect two different issues then benefit NPD. From long-term perspective, Organizational learning is a process that constantly adjustment competitiveness in order to face the challenges of the future. Therefore, an internal point of view-organizational culture, and an external point of view-environmental complexity, as moderating effects on the relationship of organizational learning and new product development performance. After the survey of five different Taiwanese universities EMBA students, manufacturing companies and T.V. shopping company, we received 280 qualified questionnaires. The test results showed that organizational learning has positive relationship on NPD, organizational culture and environment complexity have a significant moderating effect. |
