中文摘要 | 背景:了解護理學生的專業成長能幫助護理教育者去提升學生的專業角色發展。然而,沒有文獻從五專護理學生的觀點來描述專業成長的現象。 目的:本文目的在探討五專護理學生學習過程中的感受與經驗,以探討其專業成長的現象。 方法:本質性研究以半結構式問卷蒐集資料。自東台灣一所技術學院以立意取樣方式選樣,共15位五專五年級護理學生參加。所蒐集資料以比較同步法進行分析。 結果:本研究發現五專護理學生專業成長共有三個主題:(1)定義護理:從一般觀點到關懷觀點,(2)確立護理人員角色:從刻板觀點到專業觀點,(3)發展護理生涯:從動機到嘗試性計畫。 結論/貢獻:本研究指出參與者能在護理教育期間建立護理專業認同,然而部分的人不會立刻從事護理或對護理承諾,因為她們不確定自己是否適合護理工作。建議學校教育者與臨床實務者共同合作培育護理學生。 |
英文摘要 | Background: Nurse educators who understanding what phenomena of professional socialization are among nursing students will be helpful to enhance professional role development of these students. However, no literature was found describing professional socialization process from the perspectives of five-year junior college nursing students. Purpose: To investigate what experiences nursing students perceived during their learning process and explore the phenomena of professional socialization among them in a five-year junior college. Methods: This qualitative study used semi-structure questionnaire to collect data. Fifteen participants of the fifth grade nursing students were recruited from a five-year junior college of technology in . The comparisons synchronized strategy is used to analyze data. Results: The professional growth of the fifth-grade junior nursing students was including three themes: (1) defining nursing: from general to caring perspective, (2) identifying the role of nurses: from stereotype to professional perspectives, (3) developing nursing career: from motivation to tentative plan. Conclusions/Implications for practice: This study showed that the participants were able to establish professional identities to nursing during the period of nursing education, whereas part of them would not immediately work as a nurse or make commitment to nursing because they were not sure whether they fitted in nursing. The joint efforts of school educators and clinical practitioners to cultivate a nurse are recommended. |
