英文摘要 | Running in recent years, have become more and more popular. If we consider with benefit obtained, running can be regarded as a very efficient aerobic exercise, especially those who already experienced it. There are lots of running race taking place everywhere and more and more running population taking part in the race, if you are still looking around, isn't it too regrettable? Every person have its own ideal and goal, some people hopes to reach the weight-reducing purpose, some hopes to improve the quality of life, even more, some hopes to challenge themselves and to achieve the goal…No matter what your goal is, this text wish to check the methods of sport science and discuss about heart rate. Finally, offer those people who interested in running a right concept and training method. |
