中文摘要 | 本論文之研究目標為汶斯因相鐵-9鋁-30錳-]碳-0.5矽合金,取其試樣固溶狀態之粗晶粒與固溶經冷軋退火再結晶細化晶粒,產生的粗、細晶粒兩者在450°C ~ 750°C實施時效析出硬化熱處理,比較其顯微組織與機械性質之差異。實驗結果顯示,這種合金晶粒細化後,具有提高韌性,遲緩析出,細化析出物與提高析出硬化之效果。在低溫(-7906°C乾冰)中之衝擊測試,則租、細品粒兩者衝擊韌性差異不大。而經由穿透式電子顯微鏡所攝取的析出物, 證實其k' 相-L'l2[Fe, Mn)3AlC×]FCC與基地γ[Fe]FCC產生整合應變,兩者之結晶方向關係為[001]k' // [001]γ,[100]k ' // [100]γ與[011]k' //[011]γ。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is austenitic Fe-9Al-30Mn-1C-0.5Si alloy solution treated specimen which is a coarse grain, and the after being S. T. then cold-rolled and annealed recrystallization specimen which is a grain-size reduction. Both coarse grain and fine grain specimens were aged at 450°C -750°C. The difference between the coarse grain and the fine grain specimen in microstructure and mechanical properties is compared. The results show that the alloy after being grain-size reduced has high Charpy toughness and retarded precipitation hardening, much finer precipitates and much better precipitation hardening. There was not much difference in Charpy toughness, when both coarse grain and fine grain specimens were tested at cryogenic temperature (-79°C dry ice). The precipitate taken from the STEM reveals that the precipitate k'phase-L'h [(Fe, Mn)3AlCx]FCC and matrix-γ [Fe]FCC produces coherency stain. The orientation relationship between k'-phase and γ-matrix is [001]k' // [001]γ,[100]k ' // [100]γand [011]k' //[011]γ. |
