中文摘要 | 以往研究多認為組織內工作轉變將使員工工作壓力降低,但員工組織內工作轉變多為組織或雇主所決定,員工是否願意轉換則較被忽視。從員工的觀點,員工是否都樂於接受組織內工作轉變,組織內工作轉變後是否會降低或增加工作壓力則為本研究之主要研究問題。研究假說員工組織內工作轉變與工作壓力成正向關係,不同性別之組織內工作轉變與工作壓力的關係有顯著不同。調查200位員工發現,組織內工作轉變次數越多則工作壓力越大;而對女性勞動者則更有明顯差異,男性則無影響。 |
英文摘要 | This study examines the relationships between employees' intra-organizational job change and job stress moderated by the gender. The main hypothesis was that the relationships between those two variables be positive. A representative sample of 200 employees located in Northern Taiwan is assessed. Results indicated that female workers who received more intra-organizational job changes have a higher job stress level. The managerial implications of the findings were discussed and recommendations for future research were provided. |
