中文摘要 | 觀光旅遊為服務性產業,觀光景點的各項設施服務是否能滿足遊客的需求,可說是推展觀光事業發展延續成敗的重要關鍵。本研究的主要目的,是針對遊客使用花蓮鯉魚潭的軟硬體休憩設施後,對設施與服務品質的滿意度來做比較探討。經研究調查結果顯示,到鯉魚潭風景特定區的遊客對於風景區的「停車空間」設施是滿意度最高的,其平均分數為3.61,其次依序為風景區設施的「步道」、「顏色」與「造型」。而「廁所」設施是本統計類別中最低分的項目,急需大力改善。本次研究對風景區的整體品質滿意度為3.16,其中,針對不同的社經背景屬性分析,設施的「使用性」在性別、年齡與教育程度上有其期待,而非本地遊客對於風景區之各項滿意度則顯著的高於在地遊客。本研究結果可供鯉魚潭風景區相關管理單位參考。 |
英文摘要 | When considering tourism and travel as a service, it is critical that tourist attractions provide facilities and services that can satisfy the needs of tourists. The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction rate of tourists towards hard and soft recreational facilities at tourist attractions. For the Liyu Lake, surveys show that tourists are most satisfied by the pedestrian walkway than any other facility, parking facilities it an average score of 3.61. Rating, coloring theme and architectural design rank second, third and fourth in the survey respectively. The facility that tourists are least satisfied with is the restroom amenities, which need immediate improvements. In this study, the overall satisfaction of the Liyu Lake as a tourist attraction rated 3.16. However, demographic data shows that expectations of quality vary between tourists of different gender, age, and education. Furthermore, non-local visitors are significantly more satisfied than local visitors by the various facilities in the Liyu Lake. The conclusions of this study should provide insight to relevant management units on how to improve the Liyu Lake. |
