中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解目前在各大專校院中的柔道選手知覺教練效能以及團隊滿意度的實際情形,並且探討在性別、每週訓練天數兩個不同變項上,與兩者間的差異情形,藉以有助於各大專校院及教練作為訓練參考之用,已提升柔道選手在團隊中的表現。本研究採用問卷調查的方式進行,其問卷經由項目分析、信度分析、效度分析、因素分析後修改編製而成,本研究根據修訂後的問卷資料進行分析,以抽查的方式調查,共計發出份數為370份,有效問卷份數為344份,可用率達93%。針對回收後的數據採用SPSS統計軟體對有效問卷進行獨立樣本t檢定以及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析,結果得到在各大專校院中的柔道選手在對於知覺教練效能上的觀感屬於良好的狀態,而在對於團體滿意度的部份也呈現滿意的結果。在探討性別的變項時,對於各大專校院中的柔道選手而言,對於知覺教練效能的團隊認同上會有所影響,對團體滿意度則沒有顯著上的影響。在探討練習天數的變項時,在知覺教練效能上並沒有顯著上的影響,而在團隊滿意度上對於教練領導的因素層面有著一定的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate college Judo players' perception on their coaches' effectiveness and satisfaction with their organization. The study also explored if gender and training days per week affected the perception on their coaches’ effectiveness and satisfaction with their organization. The results would be an excellent reference for college coaches in the design of training program and escalation of players' performance. Descriptive research was conducted. Questionnaire with the examination of its item analysis, reliability, and validity, was adopted to collect data. Subjects were college judo coaches and student judo players in Taiwan. Among the 370 questionnaires distributed, 344 (at 93%) were effective. Statistic Package of Social Science (SPSS) was employed for statistical analysis. Independent t test and one way ANOVA were conducted for the analysis. The results revealed college judo players' perception on their coaches was positive and so was their satisfaction with their organization. Gender did play a factor on the college Judo players' perception to their Coaches’ Effectiveness but not to the satisfaction with their organization. However, training days did play a factor on college judo players' satisfaction with their organization but not to the perception on their coaches' effectiveness. |
