中文摘要 | 目的:探討幼兒園園長對幼兒運動遊戲課程的理念。方法:以三位幼兒園園長為研究對象,並將田野札記、訪談資料、焦點團體訪談資料進行歸納分析,最後利用紮根理論建構幼兒園園長對幼兒運動遊戲課程理念之多階層概念。結果:「理念來源」包含高階主題:課程價值來源與課程價值,再細分成七個低階主題為:個人價值觀、外在環境影響、生理價值、動作發展價值、心理價值、認知價值、社會價值;「理念傳達方法」包含兩個高階主題:與教師溝通及與家長溝通,五個低階主題為:正式、非正式、開學前、平日及特殊集會;「透過理念所產生之行動」包含三個高階主題:園長角色、園長支持與教師聘任,八個低階主題為:開課前、開課後、行政方面、課程方面、實際行動、專業能力、心理素質及人際關係。結論:本研究探討出與園長對幼兒運動遊戲課程有關之理念,希冀能提供將來園長培訓時之參考資料,以便提昇國內幼兒運動遊戲課程之品質,並提出對園長及後續研究之建議。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the kindergartenprincipals’ beliefs of physical education curriculum. Methods: The subjectswere three kindergarten principals, after collected the field notes, one toone semi-structured questionnaire interviews, and focus group data weresummarized and analyzed, then using grounded theory concept to buildkindergarten principal’s multi-concept of physical education. Results: 1.Principals’ source of ideas can be categorized as two high-order themessuch as: curriculum value sources and curriculum value. The valuescomprised seven sub-themes including: personal values, externalenvironment, the physiological value, the value of motor development,psychological value, perceived value and social value. 2. The concept ofcommunication methods can be categorized as two high-order themes, theywere: communication with teachers and communication with parents,subdivided into five sub-themes: formal, informal, before school,weekdays, meetings. 3. Ideas generated through the action include threehigh-level themes: principal role, principal’s support and teacherappointment, subdivided into eight low-order themes: commencement ago,after the commencement of, administration, curriculum, practical action,professional competence, psychological and interpersonal relationships. Conclusion: This research explored kindergarten principals’ beliefs ofpre-school children physical education curriculum, may provide the trainingcourse of kindergarten principal, to promote the quality of the pre-schoolchildren physical education curriculum, and proposes suggestions to theprincipals and the following research. |
