中文摘要 | 目的:探討運動介入配合葡萄糖胺的攝取,是否對斷裂的之阿基里斯腱有幫助。方法:將80隻大鼠隨機分成控制組、葡萄糖胺組、走路組、走路+葡萄糖胺組,共四組;每組共20 隻。先將大鼠右後腳阿基里斯肌腱切斷使其受傷。控制組在籠內自由活動,沒有接受任何運動介入或葡萄糖胺的攝取;葡萄糖胺組在傷後開始接受葡萄糖胺攝取,每天注射300毫克/公斤;走路組在受傷後的5天進行走路運動介入,速度為12.0公尺/分鐘,每次30分鐘;走路+葡萄糖胺組在傷後開始接受葡萄糖胺攝取,每天注射300毫克/公斤,並在第5天開始進行走路運動介入,速度為12.0公尺/分鐘,每次30分鐘。各組分別在受傷後第4週、12週犧牲大鼠,每組分別隨機取3 隻大鼠觀察其肌腱組織及膠原蛋白生長情形;每組分別隨機取7隻大鼠進行肌腱生物力學特性分析:斷裂強度、拉伸應力等測試。此外,在傷後第4、12週,評估各組大鼠阿基里斯肌腱功能(AchillesFunctional Index, AFI)。以二因子混和設計變異數分析進行統計考驗,定α=.05。結果:AFI 值第四週,控制組(-19.06±24.24)、葡萄糖胺組(-3.09±24.63)、走路組(-0.23±16.55)、走路+葡萄糖胺組(-7.34±19.42),四組達顯著差異(p=0.04),控制組顯著差於其他三組。第十二週,四組間未達顯著差異(p=0.65)。斷裂強度第四週控制組受傷肢(61.71±15.32N)、葡萄糖胺組受傷肢(61.92±10.81N)、走路組受傷肢(78.3±8.82N)、走路+葡萄糖胺組受傷肢(79.72±4.24N),各組達顯著(p=.003),走路、走路+葡萄糖胺組顯著高於控制組、葡萄糖胺組;第十二週受傷肢各組未達顯著(p=.155)。拉伸應力第四週及第十二週受傷肢各組未達顯著(p=.212;p=.673)。結論:肌腱受傷後運動、葡萄糖胺攝取、運動+葡萄糖胺攝取均能使第四週步態復原較好,但僅有運動可促進組織生長較順。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of exercise with glucosamine supplementation on Achilles' tendon repair on rats. Methods: Eighty Spraque-Dawley (SD) male rats (8-week-old, 200-250 g) were randomly assigned to four groups: control (C), glucosamine intake (G), exercise (E) or glucosamine intake + exercise (GE). The experimental period was three months. The right back limbs of all rats were cut for the injury model. The control group did not have exercise intervention. The E and GE groups were intervened by walk at 12 m/min for 30 minutes at the 5th day after the injury. In addition, glucosamine was injected by 300 mg/kg body weight daily in the G and GE groups after the injury. Seven and three rats from each group were sacrificed for respective ultimate tensile strength of tendon and growth of collagen at the 4th and 12th weeks post-injury, respectively. In addition, Achilles Functional Index (AFI) of all rats was assessed at the 0th, 4th, 12th weeks post-injury. The analyses were performed by a mixed design two-way ANOVA. IF a significant was found, post hoc com-pareson was carried out by Tukey’s method. Results: AFI values: At the 4thweek, the G, E, and GE groups were significantly greater than the control group (p=.004). At the 12thweek, these four groups did not significantly differ (p=.065). The breaking strength: The operated limbs in the E and GE groups were significantly higher than those in the C and G groups (p=.003) at the 4th week post-injury. The operated limbs did not significantly differ (p=.115) between the four groups at the 12thweek. Relative cross-sectional area ultimate tensile strength: All operated limbs in the four groups did not significantly differ (the 4thweek p=.212 and the 12thweek p=.673).Conclusions: Exercise intervention can result in tendon recovery more complete and faster after tendon injury due to collagen permutation. Glucosamine intake might only have a significant effect on tendon rehabilitation before the 4th weeks. |
