中文摘要 | 先前的研究運用基因演算開發管路自動佈置系統,適用於單管管路,但是還無法處理歧管管路佈置。另外在考慮操作空間部分,僅以有與無兩種簡單的模式來處理,在實際設計應用上仍有不足。針對上述不足之處,本文對於船舶機艙常見的一出口兩入口的歧管系統為對象,將分歧點位置與其出入口方向設定為染色體後,再以三條單管的方式計算其最佳的適應值,來進行歧管管路自動佈置作業。其次,對於考慮操作空間所對應之懲罰值方面,則依據設備與管路的相關位置,設計線性懲罰值函數來區別其懲罰值,這種設計使得在狹窄空間限制下,管路可以穿過對操作空間影響較小的區域。最後經過模型與實船的測試、顯示改善後所得的管路配置比較符合實際狀況。 |
英文摘要 | In the previous study, a system with the use of Genetic Algorism to perform automatic pipeline arrangement is developed. However, this system is not able to handle piping system with tee-branches and is too rough in equipments operability assessment as to that its feasibility is not sufficient. To improve the applicability of this system, chromosome design for piping system with tee-branches and a more delicate equipments operability assessment are proposed.The chromosome for tee-branches pipelines proposed have six parameters which indicate the location of tee-branch and direction of three outlets. According to the chromosomes of tee-branch, starting point and ending point of three single pipelines can therefore be found. After several generations of evolution, a best pipeline system which has least fitness is obtained. As to the equipments operability assessment, three linear penalty functions based on the distance between pipeline and equipment are set to decide penalty value. Verification is carried out and the results show that the pipeline arranged by the proposed method is much similar with that in real ship, effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed. |
