中文摘要 | 目的:本研究旨在瞭解大學羽球選手背景變項在心理資本之差異情形,並探討背景變項與心理資本對運動成就的預測。方法:使用運動員心理資本量表與運動成就量表進行問卷調查,研究對象包含國內甲組、乙組以及一般社團性質之大學羽球選手,共發放350份問卷,回收有效問卷286份,有效回收率81.7%。結果:一、大學羽球選手的專長項目、年級及運動訓練年資變項心理資本的自我效能、希望、樂觀及韌性等構面無顯著性差異,而男生羽球選手的自我效能、希望、樂觀及韌性皆優於女生羽球選手。參加甲組羽球選手的自我效能、希望及韌性皆優於參加乙組羽球選手,參加甲組羽球選手的韌性皆優於參加一般組羽球選手。二、經階層迴歸分析發現年級、甲乙組及運動訓練年資對大學羽球選手運動成就有重要影響,其對大學羽球選手運動成就的總解釋力達45.9%,心理資本四個構面對於大學羽球選手運動成就的解釋力達顯著性,自我效能變項與韌性變項是會正向影響大學羽球選手運動成就。結論:結合背景變項與心理資本對運動成就的總解釋力達51%。最後本研究根據所得結果提出一些建議做為未來參考。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: this research is to understand a badminton player's background variable different conditions on psychological capital, and also to examine applying the background variable and psychological capital to predict the badminton athletic achievement. Method: This study used questionnaires survey by athletic psychological capital scale and athletic achievement scale. The participants include A division and B division badminton players and badminton players in college clubs. There are total 350 copies of survey with 286 copy effective return and 81.7 % effective return rate. Results: First, there was not significant differences for college club badminton player's self-efficiency, hope, optimistic and tenacious on specialty, school year and year of training psychological capital. Anyhow, male badminton players' self-efficiency, hope, optimistic and tenacious were better than female badminton players'. Also, A-division players, self-efficiency, hope, optimistic and tenacious were better than B division badminton players'. A-division badminton players' are better compared to college club badminton players'. Secondly, after the hierarchical regression analyze, we find that It had a greater predict to college badminton players with school year, A/B division, years of training. The total explanation of variance was 45.9% at college badminton players performance. Four dimensions of psychological capital to sport achievement explanatory ability, self-efficient and tenacious variation had significant predict to the achievement of college players. Conclusions: Combining the background variable with psychological for sport achievement explanation of variance was 51%. Lastly, we were able to make suggestions for future references based on the result of this research. |
