英文摘要 | Based on an analysis of the highest education of the executives and/or managers of the companies that were the directors or auditors of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Taipei in January 2010, this paper considers what disciplines Japanese companies prefer in recruiting university or college students. Evidence proves that they prefer natural science such as engineering and science, and social sciences, for instance, commerce, economics, law, management, and political science to humanities. This fact suggests that it will possibly give better opportunities in job seeking to Japanese department or section students in Taiwan, ROC to study one of the above-mentioned areas as their second majors. |
