中文摘要 | 隨著政府致力推動電子發票的普及化,在發票形式的改變下,使得民眾因為在捐贈發票的過程不如以往的方便,導致捐贈發票的意願降低,進而對社福團體的募款發票收入產生不小的衝擊。本研究目的在於深入探討發票捐贈動機與捐贈過程對於民眾捐贈發票意願的實際影響情況。本研究將實地訪談社福團體瞭解其面臨之電子發票募款困難,另一方面則以問卷調查方式針對消費者調查發票捐贈動機與捐贈過程對民眾捐贈意願影響,並將問卷資料進行統計分析。研究結果發現影響民眾捐贈電子發票意願的主要問題為社福團體募集電子發票與民眾捐贈電子發票之間存在著兩個缺口,分別為社福團體的募集管道與民眾的捐贈管道之間、社福團體的募集政策與民眾的資訊來源之間兩個缺口,社福團體在勸募電子發票時若能改善缺口,相信可以提升民眾捐贈意願,進而解決社福團體所面臨的捐贈困難,並擴大原有捐贈市場的價值。 |
英文摘要 | Because of the implementation of e-voice, invoice form and donation process have been changed. Invoice-donation willingness of consumers therefore decreases which makes a great impact on income of social welfare organizations. This study is to investigate the effects of e-invoice on consumer donation willingness with the considerations of donation motive and donation process. We interview social welfare organizations to recognize the difficulties of raising e-invoice. Furthermore, the questionnaire survey to consumers is also conducted to investigate the effects of consumer donation willingness. The results show that there are two gaps which affect consumer willingness on the e-voice donation. One is between raising channel and donation channel, and the other is between raising policy and information resource. After these two gaps can be recognized and improved by social welfare organizations, the consumer donation willingness can be increasing and the value of donation market can be enlarged. |
