| 中文摘要 | 基於孩童身心發展與成長環境的不確定性,學齡前幼童母親們面對著更多的角色挑戰,而不易從母職中得到自我認同。母職的自我認同通常來自於與他人的互動,這其中隱含著社會期待,在執行母職的過程中,若無法滿足自我與他人的期許,母親們容易感受到負面的情緒,因而無法充份的發揮母職功能。本文謹以母職優先性,家庭和諧性以及族群偏見性作為探討的基礎,並認為在社會工作實務當中,可朝向 “建構母職的多重意義”、“發展協商式的家庭和諧關係”、“積累福利服務使用者的文化資產” 三點加以反思。 |
| 英文摘要 | Owing to the uncertainty of children’s development and growing environment, the mothers with pre-school children always face role challenges that they can’t accquire self-identification easily. Self-identification about motherhood implies social expectations. During the process of mothers’ social role implementation, if mothers can’t satisfy themselves and others’ expectaction, they will have much negative emotion.and can’t develop full function of motherhood. This study indicates these messages about motherhood: motherhood’s priority, family harmony and ethnic prejudice. In light of these concerns, this paper suggests three implica tions for social work practice including: to construct the motherhood be “ multiple meaning”; to develop “the negotiation family harmony relationship”; to accumulate “the cultural assets”. |
