中文摘要 | 使用本所育成之1 日齡畜試土雞台畜肉13 號270 隻,分成9 組,每組30 隻,其中試驗組6 組,對照組3 組進行試驗。試驗為期20 週,第4 週起進行放牧,分別於第4、8、12、16、20 週齡秤重並記錄飼料採食量。飼糧以有機碎米及有機大豆為主,按有機規範飼養,調配使0-6、6-12、12-20 週粗蛋白質含量分別為18.5、15.1 及14.3%,另有對照組90 隻餵飼本所種土雞育成期飼糧。試驗結果顯示,有機土雞4、8、12、16、20 週齡平均體重分別0.29、0.49、0.87、1.23、1.66 公斤,對照組分別為0.29、0.61、1.07、1.48、1.79 公斤,8 至16 週齡後對照組平均體重顯著地(P < 0.05) 大於有機土雞。有機土雞於0-4、4-8、8-12、12-16 及16-20 週齡飼料利用效率分別為2.31、3.60、3.44、4.68 及4.62;0-20 週齡全期平均飼料利用效率為3.83、對照組為4.00,兩組未達統計上顯著差異。有機土雞屠宰率為79.2%、對照組為78.5%,未達統計上顯著差異。公雞屠宰率顯著地高於母雞屠宰率,母雞腹脂率則顯著高於公雞(P < 0.05)。上述結果顯示,土雞有機飼養為一可行方式,因有機配合飼料成本每公斤在28.4-35.9 元間,對照組成本每公斤在11.3-14.0 元間,平均飼料成本為一般飼料成本2.65 倍;生產每公斤有機土雞之飼料成本為127 元,生產每公斤一般土雞之飼料成本為50 元,平均產肉成本為一般產肉成本之2.54 倍。綜合言之,有機土雞生產是可行方式,有機飼料來源及販售價格,為飼養有機土雞業者必須考慮之因素。 |
英文摘要 | Two hundred and seventy LRI native chicken Taishu no. 13 were allotted into 9 groups including 6 organic groups and 3 control groups. Each group had 30 birds. The experiment was conducted for 20 weeks. Birds were raised at free range field after four weeks of age. Body weight and feed intake were measured at 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 weeks of age. The basal diets comprised organic rice and soybean, and were formulated to contain 18.5, 15.1 and 14.3% CP at 0-6, 7-12 and 13-20 weeks of age, respectively. The control diets were fed the LRI feeds for growing period of native chicken breeder. The results indicated that body weights of organic native chicken at 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 weeks of age were 0.29, 0.49, 0.87, 1.23 and 1.66 kg, respectively and that of the control group were 0.29, 0.61, 1.07, 1.48, 1.79 kg, respectively. The average body weight of control group was significantly higher than the organic group (P<0.05) from 8 to 16 weeks of age. Feed efficiency of organic chicken at 0-4, 4-8, 8-12, 12-16 and 16-20 weeks of age was 2.31, 3.60, 3.44, 4.68 and 4.62, respectively. Average feed efficiency did not have difference in organic group (3.83) and in control group (4.00) during 0-20 weeks of age. Average dressing percentage was 79.2% in organic group and 78.5% in the control group. Male dressing percentage of male was significantly higher than female (P<0.05). Female abdominal fat was significantly higher than male (P<0.05). The results indicated that feeding of organic chicken is possible. Cost of organic feed was about 2.65 times than that of common feed. Organic feed cost was between NT$ 28.4 and 35.9/kg; common feed is between NT$ 11.3 and 14/kg. Cost of organic native chicken meat per kg is NT$127. Cost of common native chicken meat per kg is NT$50. Cost of organic meat is 2.54 times of common meat. In general, organic native chicken is possible. The sources of organic ingredients and the sale price in markets are organic chicken farmers’ concern. |
