中文摘要 | 本研究透過高齡教育工作者方案規劃的培訓設計,運用 Kirkpatrick 的評鑑模式,探討此一培訓方案實施後,學習者在反應與學習層面的成效。具體研究目的如下: 一、探討高齡教育工作者接受培訓後,在 Kirkpatrick 模式中反應層次上的評估結果。 二、探討高齡教育工作者接受培訓後,在 Kirkpatrick 模式中學習層次上的評估結果。 三、探討高齡教育工作者在上述反應層次與學習層次兩者之間的關係。本研究採用行動研究的方法,利用三份問卷,蒐集研究資料。研究結果發現,學員對於培訓各方面都感到滿意,又以對於師資的滿意度最高。 本研究在教學過程中,一再強調方案規劃的成效在於「系統」與「創新」,研究結果亦發現學員在這一部分的學習成果也最好。本研究發現,參與培訓者在反應層次與學習層次兩者之間,並沒有明顯的關係。 |
英文摘要 | The paper is to study practices and effectiveness of a training program for the elder education practitioners in terms of their program planning capabilities. The study purposes can be further defined as the followings: 1.To evaluate practitioners’ reaction after training based on the Kirkpatrick’s model. 2.To evaluate practitioners’ learning effectiveness after training on the basis of the Kirkpatrick’s model. 3.To investigate relationship between the reaction level and the effective level. The study method applied by the study was an action research consists of four action plans. Results of the study revealed that the satisfaction rate of the participants is above average. The most effective learning was found in learning of system concept and creativity idea for the planned program and those are the most emphasized parts along the whole training and teaching process. Relationship between learners’ reaction level and effectiveness level was not significant. |
