中文摘要 | 摘 要 本研究探討餐旅管理科系學生創造力人格、創業機會與創業態度之關聯性。採用 量化問卷調查方式進行,共回收有效問卷676 份,經t-test、ANOVA、相關分析、迴 歸分析,研究發現創造力人格之原創性對於創業機會、創業態度所有構面都是呈現顯 著正向關係;而創業機會對創造力人格與創業態度具有部分中介效果。此外,77%的餐旅管理科系學生想要創業,學生的性別、就讀年級、日夜間學制、工作經驗對於創 業態度各構面之間具有顯著的差異。 |
英文摘要 | Abstract This study explored the relationship among creative personality, entrepreneurial opportunity and entrepreneurial attitude of hospitality management students in Taiwan by questionnaire survey. A total of 676 valid questionnaires were retrieved, and the data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results revealed that the originality of creative personality has a significantly positive correlation with all dimensions of entrepreneurial opportunity and entrepreneurial attitude, while entrepreneurial opportunity has a partial mediating effect on creative personality and entrepreneurial attitude. In addition, 77% of the hospitality management students hope to start their own business. Gender, grade level, student status(full-time or part-time), and work experience have significantly different effects on the various dimensions of entrepreneurial attitude. |
