英文摘要 | This paper records the participation in the 18th R.O.C. country-wide university environmental vehicle interschool match and states the process of design and integration manufacture of a fuel-efficient vehicle with the four-stroke carburetor engine. The frame of the vehicle is made by using aluminum material T6061. The power components include engine, transmission mechanism, and tires. The V-type braking system is adopted. The steering system is designed by employing Ackermans principle. The vehicle body is made of glass fiber under the consideration of safety and environmental design. The fuel-efficient vehicle passes the function and safety tests. Its highest speed is 55km/hr and it can stop in 4 meters when the speed is 16 km/hr. The gasoline consuming rate is 98km/L and the movement of the vehicle is stable. Finally, the team obtains the warrant of accomplishing the match. |
