英文摘要 | A high-speed, low-power-output buffer circuit with a large input dynamic range and output swing which is suitable for a liquid-crystal-display application is proposed. The buffer has an improved driving capability during transients but draws little current during a static state. This buffer circuit has been demonstrated successfully by using TSMC 0.6μm CMOS technology. |
