| 英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to examine the effects of using amino acid chelated minerals in replacing the inorganic mineral premixes on the growth performance, carcass properties and serum traits of broilers. Three hundred and sixty broilers were randomy assigned to 4 groups at 1 day of age. The treatments were used chelated minerals to replace 30%, 50% and 100% inorganic mineral premixes and the control group used inorganic mineral premixes only. The results showed the body weight, weight gain and feed intake of the 100% replacement group were significantly higher (P<0.05) than the control group at 0-3 weeks. The body weights of all replacement groups were higher than the control at 6 weeks (P<0.05). The weight gain of 30% and 100% groups were higher during 4-6 weeks than the control (P<0.05). The 30% group had the lowest feed/gain ratio during 4-6 weeks. There was no difference between the carcass properties, including carcass weight, dressing percentage, breast weight, thigh weight, breast percentage and thigh percentage, except the dressing percentage of the 100% group was higher than the 30% group (P<0.05). The urea nitrogen, BUN, creatine, creatinine, γ-glutamyltransferase, cholesterol, sodium and calcium in serum did not show any difference among the groups. The glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) activities in the 100% group was lower than the control (P<0.05). Alkaline phosphatase (ALKP) and triglycerides were decreased in parallel with the increased levels of chelated minerals. The potassium level of 100% was lower than the 30% and 50% groups. |
