中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的為探討青少年婚前性行為之盛行率,並進一步分析個人基本資料屬性、家庭因素與青少年婚前性行為及採取安全性行為之相關性。本研究採便利取樣,以臺北及桃園地區某大學、某專科、某高中及某高職學生為研究對象,主要目的為分析學生性行為之盛行率是否因年齡、第一次性行為的年齡、性伴侶數及家庭因素而有所差異。研究結果發現:(1)五專學生性行為之盛行率較二專、大學、高中及高職學生高。(2)男性第一次發生性行為平均年齡為16.17歲,平均性伴侶數為2.34名;女性第一次發生性行為平均年齡為16.64歲,平均性伴侶數為1.67名。(3)父母教育程度在專科以上之男性學生,其性行為之盛行率較高;家中經濟來源不穩定者、父母婚姻不美滿者、及未與父母同住者,其性經驗的比例較高。此研究結果可提供相關衛生教育者應該教導學生如何進行安全性行為以保護自己 。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study were to investigate the prevalence of adolescent sexual behavior before marriage and to analyze the relationship among adolescent demographics, family factors, and practicing safe sex. Subjects were recruited from a convenience sample of students from a university, a junior college, a high school and a vocational high school in Taipei and in the Tao-Yuan areas. Results showed that 1) the prevalence of sexual intercourse experiences was higher in 5-year junior college students than in 2-year junior college, university, high school, or vocational high school students; 2) for male students, the average age for their first sexual intercourse experience was 16.17 years and the average number of sexual partners was 2.34; for female students, the average age for their first sexual intercourse experience was 16.64 years and the average number of sexual partners was 1.67; 3) students whose parents had an education above junior college level had a higher prevalence of sexual experiences. Students whose family incomes were unstable, whose parents' marriages were unhappy, and who were not living with their parents had more sexual experiences. The findings serve as information for health educators to educate students about sex and safe sex behaviors and practices. |
